Cellular on Patrol (COP)
Our organization’s number one goal is to help reduce crime through active observation and through communication with others, neighbors and the police.

Through San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) training, we learn to recognize and report potential opportunities for crime.

COP members work closely with the police to make our community a safer place to live.  There are approximately 79 volunteer neighbors in Roseheart that are trained who participate in frequent walking and driving patrols.  You will recognize our volunteers by their white COP hats and T-Shirts and their ID badges.

We’d love to have you join the ranks of our COP members.  It is a “non-contact sport” of neighbors watching out for neighbors). You can read the
Roseheart COP Bylaws to see how the organization functions. Contact Dennis Stuckey for details on joining.
