THINKING ABOUT BECOMING A LANDLORD?
by Roseheart Board of Directors
The
Board, the Clubhouse and Association Management need to be notified in the
event a Roseheart Resident leases their home to a second party. It is the owner
of the property who is responsible for notifying us of such an arrangement. If
any problems arise, they will be taken up with the owner, not the renter.
If we
are aware of the situation, Association Management and the Clubhouse will set
renters up in their systems so that they receive any correspondence that the
Association may send out, just as an owner would, which includes a copy of the
covenants and by-laws, and a copy of the rules for the clubhouse. The renters
needs to be registered at the clubhouse in order to use the fitness center,
pool and other clubhouse amenities.
When
you get the lease signed by your tenant, send an email with the contact info to
the Clubhouse. The tenant will need to provide a copy of the lease to
Association Management Services, 1600 NE Loop 410, #202, San Antonio, Texas.
829-7202. Then, they will need to come by the clubhouse to fill out the
paperwork that will get them into the gate system and into the clubhouse
system. At that time they will be issued fobs and car stickers.
